We want to make sure you have the best experience with all the features in your caravan, including third-party appliances like fridge and microwaves. If you have any questions about these products, we recommend reaching out directly to your salesperson or visit the manufacturer’s support website for expert assistance. Please note that our warranty and service team is unable to provide over-the-phone support for the product usage due to service limitations.

If you need to make warranty claim for an appliance or third-party product, you have two options:

Does my off-road caravan come with an off-road warranty?

Yes! At Lake Star Caravans, we stand by the quality of our off-road caravans, and that includes an off-road warranty designed specifically for your adventures. However, please note that our on-road and semi-off-road caravans do not come with an off-road warranty.

While Lake Star Caravans provides a comprehensive warranty, appliances such as fridges, microwaves, and air conditioners are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Many suppliers offer up to a three-year warranty on their products for added peace of mind.

Our warranty covers structural components, workmanship, and manufacturing defects in your caravan. This includes the chassis, frame, cabinetry, and essential fittings. For more details, refer to our warranty policy or contact our support team.

Every Lake Star caravan comes with:

If your warranty has expired, we still want to help! You can reach out to our team for advice on repairs or maintenance solutions. We also recommend checking with appliance manufacturers, as some offer extended warranties.

Yes, our warranty covers structural leaks due to faulty workmanship or materials. However, regular maintenance of seals is required, as natural wear and tear is not covered under warranty. We recommend checking seals every 12 months to keep your caravan in top condition.

We understand that customization is part of the caravan lifestyle! However, unauthorized modifications (such as altering the chassis, electrical systems, or plumbing) may void parts of your warranty. Please contact us before making any major changes to ensure your warranty remains valid.

Our warranty is provided to the first owner and is generally not transferable. However, if you have purchased a pre-loved Lake Star Caravan, please get in touch with us to see if the warranty can be extended to the new owner. We assess warranty transfers on a case-by-case basis, subject to the caravan being regularly serviced and maintained with us.

Regular maintenance is key! We recommend:
